Freshworks Developer (Immediate Joiner)

We are looking for a highly skilled and integration-focused Freshworks + HubSpot Developer to bridge the gap between our customer support ecosystem and our marketing engine. In this role, you will be the lead architect for our data flow, building custom apps and handling complex system migrations. Key Responsibilities:

System Migration: Lead the end-to-end migration of complex workflows, automation sequences, and database objects from HubSpot to Freshworks.

App Development: Build, maintain, and scale serverless and frontend apps using the Freshworks SDK (FDK).

HubSpot Customization: Develop custom modules, HubDB tables, and advanced automation workflows using HubL.

System Integration: Architect and maintain robust RESTful API integrations between Freshworks (Freshdesk/Freshservice) and HubSpot for real-time syncing.

Technical Oversight: Manage API rate-limiting, custom objects, and SMI (Server Method Invocation) to ensure high reliability.

Workflow Automation: Replicate and optimize marketing/sales triggers within the Freshworks ecosystem to ensure zero data loss during transition.

✅ Requirements:

Migration Expertise: Proven experience in migrating CRM data, custom logic, and automation workflows between platforms.

Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in JavaScript (Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, and HubSpot’s HubL.

Freshworks Mastery: Solid experience in publishing apps on the Freshworks Marketplace or building complex private apps.

Availability: Must be available to join immediately (0-15 days max).

Analytical Mindset: Ability to map out complex HubSpot workflows and translate them into Freshworks-compatible logic.

Hybrid Flexibility: Ability to balance in-office collaboration in Jaipur with focused remote development.
