Front Counter Service Advisor

Force TK has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor at our Elkridge facility. We are looking for experienced Service Coordinators or Service Writers to join our team and be a part of a growing business. Strong technical/mechanical background is helpful and excellent customer service skills are a must! Position is responsible for customer communication and interaction, technician coordination, and billing administration. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about teamwork and growing the business as well as themselves.
