Short Summary
Front Desk Agents manage, book, service and execute all EdgeWalk reservations and products including all cash, debit and credit card handling. Their duties include up-selling products, internal and external communication and assisting Imaging Agents. They are to maximize capacity to effectively fill all available time slots within the EdgeWalk operating day. They are also responsible for providing guests with extraordinary service and information on all aspects of the EdgeWalk experience and of the CN Tower.
They will also be cross-trained as an Imaging Agent and will monitor and maintain the entire photo/video network and the photo/video equipment. They are required to create, edit and author all individual high definition videos and create, edit and print all group and single shot photos for each of EdgeWalk guest.
