Organization of permanently functioning routines for smooth office operations Contacting suppliers and service providers to ensure the stock of office supplies and, if necessary, maintenance Collaboration with various departments and ensuring smooth communication between departments Planning and booking business trips for colleagues and handling the associated travel expense reports On-site contact person for internal and external contacts Carrying out various administrative office tasks, including ordering supplies, receiving and distributing mail, arranging meetings, booking meeting roomsYour profile
