Your tasks

  • Organization of permanently functioning routines for smooth office operations
  • Contacting suppliers and service providers to ensure the stock of office supplies and, if necessary, maintenance
  • Collaboration with various departments and ensuring smooth communication between departments
  • Planning and booking business trips for colleagues and handling the associated travel expense reports
  • On-site contact person for internal and external contacts
  • Carrying out various administrative office tasks, including ordering supplies, receiving and distributing mail, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms

  • Communication skills and empathy
  • Organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of commercial processes
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs such as MS Office
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
