We are looking for a courteous and professional Front Desk Attendant to manage our reception area. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive experience while assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and take messages as needed.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain visitor logs, and handle correspondence.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors regarding the company's services and policies.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for guests and employees.
