Role Overview
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors at Okna Designs.
  • Ensure smooth, professional, and efficient front desk operations.
  • Support administrative coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and business associates courteously.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them appropriately.
  • Maintain visitor records and follow office entry protocols.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor scheduling.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, documents, and parcels.
  • Support basic administrative and documentation work.
