Role Overview- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors at Okna Designs.
- Ensure smooth, professional, and efficient front desk operations.
- Support administrative coordination across departments.
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and business associates courteously.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor records and follow office entry protocols.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor scheduling.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, documents, and parcels.
- Support basic administrative and documentation work.
- Coordinate with sales, design, HR, and operations teams as required.
