Overview:
We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage reception activities and drive membership sales for a well-established Fitness Studio. The role combines customer service, lead handling, and sales conversion to ensure smooth studio operations and business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and welcome walk-in clients professionally.
Handle membership inquiries, explain fitness programs, and convert leads into sales.
Manage calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups with prospective members.
Maintain member records, attendance logs, and payment details.
Coordinate with trainers and management for class schedules and client requirements.
Support promotional activities, offers, and referral programs.
Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable.
Handle basic billing, receipts, and daily sales reporting.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Job  Requirements:
Graduate with minimum one year experience.
Prior experience in sales, front desk, or customer service preferred.
Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, billing software).
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in shifts and handle targets.
Company benefits and incentives: Fixed salary + weekly incentives on targets.
Timings: 7.00 am to 12.30 noon and 4.30 pm to 9.30 pm
