Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Title position based in Noida. The Staff Title professional will manage escrow processes, communicate effectively with clients, ensure accurate title insurance handling, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include training team members on processes and policies as needed to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Escrow processes and Title Insurance handling
  • Strong Communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and resolving client inquiries professionally
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions to support team development and knowledge enhancement
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with real estate or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
