● Greet and welcome visitors, clients, channel partners, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

● Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.

● Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and follow office security protocols.

● Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments, and basic arrangements for meetings.
