The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing front desk operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming office environment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Maintain visitor records and assist with basic documentation and scheduling.
  • Support general administrative and office management tasks as required.
