PHI is the total solution for all facilities management services in the whole value chain. We aim to provide unrivaled high quality facilities and property management services to the Group and Non-Group.
Responsibilities
- Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.
- Attend to all guests and visitors appropriately and professionally.
- Coordination of incoming and outgoing couriers/mails/faxes.
- Attend to general office administration such as posting mails, arranging for dispatch/courier of documents and management of office stationery and refreshments inventory.
- Provide administrative support such as typing and filing.
- Assist other departments as and when required....
