Job Designation: Front Desk Manager


Location: North Goa & Gokarna (Karnataka)


Responsibilities:

·     Be the front face of the property for the guests as per the Company’s brand guidelines

·     Coordinate with the property manager of the property and contribute to revenue maximization

·     Provide accommodation information to enquiries received via online or offline channels

·     Assist and promote membership plans to the guests and increase the sales of the same

·     Perform end-to-end actions from providing information to creating reservations for the guests

·     Attend to queries and complaints from in-house guests & provide exceptional guest experience

·     Collect payments from in-house guests on timely manner for the services availed

·     Maintain cash transaction reports on daily basis with full integrity

·     Conduct different operations in the Property Management Software set by the Company

·     Perform F&B order related operations in the POS Software set by the Company

·     Carry out vendor bills management and timely notifications for the payments for the same

·     Perform administrative duties; filing and updating records, managing budgets etc.

·     Oversee the hostel operations related to cleanliness, guests’ safety & property maintenance

·     Generate work lists for housekeeping department on daily basis

·     Carry out regular supervision of all housekeeping staff


Desired Candidate Profile

·     Proven experience in a front desk or guest services role

·     Familiarity with hotel management systems and reservation software

·     Customer service orientation with a focus on providing an exceptional guest experience

·     Familiarity with hotel operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservation management, and billing processes

·     Understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and customer preferences


Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with people, Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally


Compensation: INR 18,000 to INR 22,000 p.m. + Incentives
