Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Manage billing, payments, and receipts.
- Support doctors and clinic staff with administrative and operational tasks.
- Keep the reception and waiting area neat and welcoming.
- Perform data entry, filing, and stock management duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in clinics, hospitals, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Friendly, proactive, and able to handle patients with care.
