Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Manage billing, payments, and receipts.
  • Support doctors and clinic staff with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Keep the reception and waiting area neat and welcoming.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and stock management duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in clinics, hospitals, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Friendly, proactive, and able to handle patients with care.
