Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor Management: Greet visitors, announce guests, provide directions, and manage visitor logs and access badges.
- Attendance & Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of attendance and visits.
- Front Desk Management: Ensuring the reception area is always tidy, stocked, and welcoming, and acting as the first point of contact for guests, employees, and clients.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries professionally.
- Administrative Support: Perform tasks like photocopying, filing, data entry, preparing meeting rooms, and assisting colleagues.
- Mail & Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars and book conference rooms.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring the reception area is tidy and organized.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Good organization and time management.
- Professional and positive attitude.
