Key Responsibilities:


  • Visitor Management: Greet visitors, announce guests, provide directions, and manage visitor logs and access badges.
  • Attendance & Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of attendance and visits.
  • Front Desk Management: Ensuring the reception area is always tidy, stocked, and welcoming, and acting as the first point of contact for guests, employees, and clients.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Perform tasks like photocopying, filing, data entry, preparing meeting rooms, and assisting colleagues.
  • Mail & Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars and book conference rooms.
  • Office Maintenance: Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring the reception area is tidy and organized.


Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good organization and time management.
