Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and dynamic Front Desk Officer – Secretary to manage our front desk and support overall office operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors warmly; notify relevant staff of their arrival
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails professionally
Take accurate messages and follow up when required
Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries (invoices, agreements, etc.)
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office space
Manage office supplies such as stationery and uniforms
Monitor and report office-related expenses
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
