Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Greet and direct clients and visitors throughout the facility, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Document Management: Accurately file documents, open, sort, and route incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Assist operational teams with administrative tasks and provide general clerical support.
  • Office Equipment Operation: Operate office machines including scanners, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Front Desk Assistance: Help clients and customers at the front desk and handle inquiries with a high level of customer service.
  • Lobby Procedures: May be responsible for daily opening and closing procedures of the front lobby.
