Handing reception work
. Managing inbound calls of clinic
. Attend Patient Calls, conduct follow –ups & Book Appointments as per the calendar schedule.
· Respond via Email & Calls Resolve; Patient Queries, Appointment Requests, Test Report Results & any other concerns as raised by them
· Maintenance of basic accounts in cash sheets.
· Maintenance of Patient Database, Daily Call Updates & Respective Case Files of Patients
· Maintenance of Referral details for Patients referred by other Clinics
· Daily Updating of Staff Attendance & Processing Payments based on the same
. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Maintenance of Regular Supply of Office Stationery & Other Supplies
Appointment management in our kulcare software
Other Sundry Tasks & Overall Supervision for Smooth Administration of Daily Office Activities.
