Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Hazaribagh. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, managing phone calls with professional etiquette, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with reservations. The role involves maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk area while addressing guest inquiries and providing accurate information.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and ability to manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including welcoming guests and managing front desk operations
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and effectively address inquiries or concerns
- Knowledge of Reservations processes and systems
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Previous experience in a front desk or similar customer-facing role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or office management are advantageous
