• Greeting all guests and residents, professionally and courteously – as well as assisting with any requests and inquiries.
• Accepting and notifying residents of the delivery of parcels and mail.
• Monitoring CCTV cameras, review footage as necessary.
• Period building exterior checks.
• Assisting with resident move in and incoming unit inspections/tours.
• Assisting residents with booking building amenity spaces.
