Front Desk
to support the administrative and operational management of a dental practice. This role is ideal for organized, service-oriented individuals with strong communication skills who can provide professional, on-site support while managing patient interactions and daily administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and properly route patient appointments.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and through written communication.
  • Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct follow-ups on appointments, patient inquiries, and administrative processes.
  • Manage and update CRM and dental management systems to ensure accurate and organized information.
  • Work with billing and dental systems as required.
  • Manage patient records and sensitive documentation with discretion and confidentiality.
