What would I be doing during my shifts?

At RISE, your main priority is to elevate the experience of our guests. The role is predominately client facing, with minor cleaning and admin duties . As part of the Front Desk Crew, you are the first to welcome guests as they enter the studio, to greet them with positivity and a smile, and the first one to wave them good-bye. You help guests with check-in, bike-set up, and studio tours. Other duties involve vacuuming, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bikes, floors, and bathroom, as well as other general cleaning and duties.
