We are looking for a Front Desk & Volunteer Management Associate to manage front-office operations and oversee volunteer recruitment coordination across multiple clinical studies. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth volunteer flow while tracking, organizing, and reporting recruitment data so management has clear visibility into study-wise recruitment performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, walk-ins, calls, and appointment scheduling
- Act as the primary point of contact for study volunteers and visitors
- Coordinate volunteer scheduling and screening with recruiters and clinical teams
- Monitor and consolidate recruitment data from multiple recruiters
