What You’ll Do  

  • Own the complete front-end development  of the Proqsmart platform — from prototypes to production.
  • Build modern, scalable, and reusable React.js components  and interfaces using Storybook  and best UI engineering practices.
  • Document workflows , build interactive prototypes, and collaborate closely with backend engineers for seamless API integration .
  • Explore and evaluate new tools and frameworks  to continuously improve the front-end development lifecycle .
  • Write front-end unit tests  and maintain code quality through consistent review and automation.
  • Translate design ideas into pixel-perfect, responsive, and intuitive experiences  that users love.
  • Use AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot  to accelerate development and maintain top-notch quality.
  • Communicate clearly  — share ideas, challenge assumptions, and work collaboratively in a high-context, tight-knit team.
  • Thrive in a high-paced environment  where shipping features and solving problems quickly  are valued over process for process’ sake.

What We’re Looking For  

  • 1–3 years  of hands-on experience in front-end development.
  • Strong expertise in React.js , TypeScript , Storybook , and component-driven development .
  • Passion for UI/UX  — you care deeply about creating delightful, frictionless user experiences.
  • Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs  with solid error handling and data management.
  • Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library , or similar testing frameworks.
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools  (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) in your workflow.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration  skills — you can explain technical ideas simply and make thoughtful design decisions.

Nice-to-Haves  

  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system .
  • Exposure to Figma-to-code  workflows or UI documentation .
  • Prior experience in SaaS  or enterprise workflow applications .
  • Strong sense of ownership and product thinking.
