Front End Developer with UI/UX

The Role:

We’re looking for a Front-End Developer with a strong UI/UX mindset who enjoys working in a fast-moving FinTech startup, where design and engineering decisions directly shape the product.

You’ll work closely with the founding team to design intuitive user experiences in Figma and implement them using React or similar tech stack . This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable moving between design and front-end development , and who understands how good UX translates into clean, reusable components.

Experience with SaaS or FinTech products is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do:

• Understand and/or Design clean, intuitive user interfaces and user flows using Figma
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready React components
• Design with implementation in mind (not just visuals)
• Collaborate closely with backend and frontend engineers to ensure design accuracy
• Improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across the platform
• Contribute ideas to refine product UX and overall design direction

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Figma (components, variants, auto-layout)
• Solid understanding of React and component-based UI development
• Experience building or contributing to SaaS or web-based products
• Ability to balance design aesthetics with usability and technical feasibility
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, async startup environment
• Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
