Job Description

Conduct yearly performance reviews
Create and maintain/udpate training manuals (these include tips and reference documentation)
Formal detection, analysis, and follow-up of vulnerable team members (discussions, minutes, and active performance management)
Communication any incidents with Upper Management and Administration
Creation of monthly/yearly reporting
Review vacation/financial leave requests
Attend production calls every Friday with what has been accomplished during the week and what is planned for the following week
Distribution of work amongst the team
Resolution of specific concerns/issues from the team (operational)
Constant communication and follow ups with new employees, drafting of pre-evaluations, keeping recruitment, management and HR informed
New Tasks
Ongoing interaction and communication with team members (1:1s, daily/weekly sync-ups)
Authorization of overtime (review with Operations Manager)
Production/special recognition bonus...
