Front-End Engineer – Cursor Implementation Specialist

We're a software development agency looking for a Cursor power user to help us implement and enforce Cursor across our development workflow.
This is a hands-on role combining workshops, workflow setup, standards, and ongoing guidance for our engineering team.
What You'll Do
* Implement Cursor into our real development workflows
* Run live working sessions with our dev team
* Define prompting standards and team workflows
* Establish best practices and guardrails for AI-assisted coding
* Help devs use Cursor for real tasks inside active projects
* Guide refactoring, feature development, testing and debugging using Cursor
* Help us create repeatable processes and standards
Ideal Candidate
* Uses Cursor daily in production projects
* Strong React Native or experience
* Experience improving developer productivity and workflows
* Comfortable working directly with engineering teams
