We are looking for a talented Web Designer with a strong focus on HTML, CSS, and Core JavaScript to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be based in Ahmedabad and have a proven track record of creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, Mentor, and Manage a team of Front end Developers.

• Design and develop web pages that are visually appealing and highly functional.
• Create responsive designs ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Implement and maintain CSS-heavy projects, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize web design for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure consistency in designs and align them with the company's branding guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role with a minimum of 5+ years.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS,SCSS,JavaScript 
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries Reactjs.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
