Job Description
Front Gate Attendants support guests as they begin their park experience. Team members sell tickets, season passes, and cash bands, assist with season pass renewals, and scan tickets for park admission. They operate and are fully accountable for a cash register. Staff must provide outstanding guest service and be welcoming, outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable about basic park information. Front Gate Attendants must be flexible, as they may work in the parking lot as needed.
