Job Summary
We need energetic, field-ready professionals to visit farms, demonstrate best practices, and help farmers boost production through hands-on support and advisory.
Key Responsibilities
Farm Visits: Travel to assigned farms (nearby districts) to understand challenges & opportunities.
Demonstrations: Conduct on-field demos of new seeds, fertilizers, pest mgmt., irrigation tech, etc.
Training & Guidance: Educate farmers on good agronomic practices, soil health, sustainable methods.
Data Collection: Record yield data, soil tests, farmer feedback, and report to team.
Issue Resolution:Troubleshoot problems (pest attack, nutrient deficiency) with quick, practical solutions.
Relationship Building: Maintain trust with farmers & local partners; promote Sworn Agritech products/services.
Reporting: Submit daily/weekly field reports, photos, and impact metrics via mobile app/portal.

City - Jabalpur (Field-based role travel to farms required)
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bsc Agriculture (or Diploma with bsc ag ).
Willingness to travel
Strong communication in Hindi and basic English writing.
Ability to walk/stand for long hours, work in all weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of soil testing, pest ID, and modern farming tech.
Own two-wheeler (preferred) or reliable commute option.
