We are looking for a Front Line Support Officer to manage customer correspondence, handle customer requests, and conduct credit validation for restructuring applications.

Reporting to the FL Support Manager, the role has the following responsibilities:

  • Processing customer correspondence and requests efficiently;
  • Handling informative letters related to loan details;
