Key Responsibilities
Complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately, adhering to established standards.
Respond to guest queries clearly and confidently, and in a timely manner.
Receive and manage daily deliveries related to the front office.
Complete shift checklists and follow all departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Process payments, deposits, and guest charges accurately and in line with company procedures.
