My Client in Mayo is seeking an Administrator to oversee daily operations within their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately, adhering to established standards.

  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest queries clearly and confidently, and in a timely manner.

  • Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls correctly, or take clear and accurate messages.
  • Handle incoming mail, internal deliveries, and courier arrangements.
  • Receive and manage daily deliveries related to the front office.

  • Complete shift checklists and follow all departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Process payments, deposits, and guest charges accurately and in line with company procedures.
