Key Responsibilities:

 Handling incoming calls and managing call forwarding efficiently.

 Greeting and assisting visitors with professionalism.

 Ensuring the front desk area is well-organized and presentable at all times.

 Managing and distributing incoming correspondence, both electronic and paper-based.

 Coordinating meetings and appointments as per the schedules.

 Handling basic administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining records.

 Managing office supplies and maintaining stock levels.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for handling data and reports.

 Strong call management skills to handle, forward, and manage calls effectively.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Previous experience in a front-office or receptionist role.

 Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures.
