Key Responsibilities

Front Office Management

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees with a professional

and welcoming attitude.

Manage the reception area, telephone calls, emails, and front-desk operations.

Coordinate visitor entry, maintain logs, and ensure security protocols are followed.

Handle meeting room bookings, set-ups, and refreshments.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal gatherings.

Administrative Support

Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory; ensure stock availability.

Coordinate with vendors,service providers, and facility management teams.

Handle courier services incoming/outgoing mails, packages, and logistics.

Assist HR and Admin teams with documentation, onboarding kits, ID cards, and

employee support.

Maintain office cleanliness, workspace setup, and overall facility upkeep.

Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation coordination, and related

administrative tasks.

Operational Coordination

Ensure upkeep of office equipment (printers, projectors, telephones) and coordinate

maintenance.

Track administrative expenses, petty cash, and prepare reports.

Help enforce office policies, visitor guidelines, and safety procedures.

Provide general support in day-to-day office operations and assist leadership teams

when required.
