Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall

to ensure efficiency and compliance
Manage

facilities, housekeeping, security, and office maintenance
Handle

vendor management , including negotiation, onboarding, renewals, and performance review
Oversee

procurement , inventory, and office supplies
Manage administrative staff, front desk, and support teams
Coordinate office moves, renovations, and space planning, if required
Ensure compliance with

statutory, safety, and internal policies
Liaise with internal stakeholders to address operational requirements
Monitor and control

administrative budgets and expenses
