Guest Check-In/Out: Handleguest check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally.

Guest Service:Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist guests with any specialrequests.

Reservations: Managebookings, cancellations, and room allocations accurately.

Cash Handling:Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash or card transactionssecurely.

Coordination:Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments to ensuresmooth guest experiences.

Standards & Compliance: Maintain reception area presentation and follow hotelpolicies, safety, and confidentiality standards.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Proven experience in a relevant position preferably in a 5* resort or hotel environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French)
  • Computer Literacy and knowledge of Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
  • Strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial & problem-solving skills
