Guest Check-In/Out: Handleguest check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally.
Guest Service:Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist guests with any specialrequests.
Reservations: Managebookings, cancellations, and room allocations accurately.
Cash Handling:Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash or card transactionssecurely.
Coordination:Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments to ensuresmooth guest experiences.
Standards & Compliance: Maintain reception area presentation and follow hotelpolicies, safety, and confidentiality standards.
