Luxury 5* Hotel based in Dubai is looking for a Front Office Agent.
 
The suitable candidate will be the primary point of contact, responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins / outs, handling reservations, answering calls, resolving issues, processing payments and ensuring smooth guest experiences, essentially acting as the face and voice of the establishment.
 
You will manage guest accounts, provide information, handle administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments to maintain high service standards.
