Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a smile and a positive attitude upon their arrival
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations, both in person and over the phone
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, finding appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
  • Uphold the highest standards of guest service and professionalism at all times

  • A degree in Hospitality Management
  • Previous experience in a front office or guest service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of hotel management software
  • Fluency in English knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
