Front Office Agent (Season 2026)

At Santa Marina, a Luxury Collection Resort, Mykonos, every guest experience is thoughtfully crafted, and every associate plays a vital role in creating unforgettable stays. As a Front Office Agent, you will be at the heart of the guest journey, delivering warm, personalized, and seamless service from arrival to departure. With professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care, you will ensure each guest feels welcomed, valued, and truly cared for throughout their stay.

In this role, you will anticipate guest needs, provide assistance with care and confidence, and ensure that every experience reflects the refined service standards of our Luxury Collection brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and personalized check-in and check-out experience
  • Manage guest reservations, room assignments, and billing with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving matters with empathy, discretion, and professionalism
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, ensuring timely service recovery and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, records, and financial transactions within the OPERA PMS system
  • Support daily Front Office operations, maintaining service flow during peak periods and handling multiple priorities efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information at all times
  • Consistently uphold Marriott brand standards, service culture, and operational procedures
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Front Desk or guest-facing role within a 5star luxury environment
  • Previous experience within another Marriott property is considered a strong asset
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written Greek and English, additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Hands-on experience with OPERA PMS or similar property management systems
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a confident, guest-focused approach
  • Outgoing, professional, and service-driven personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to service delivery
  • Upholds the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and conduct
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring guest privacy and data security
