FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE (HOTEL RECEPTION)

  • Ensure customers check-in under a comfortable environment.
  • Attend customer complaints and report to the Manager before making any decisions.
  • Fulfil customer requirements and needs.
  • Upsell any package or promotion upon communicating with guests.
  • Answering phone calls and recording down any enquiries or replies instantly to improve sales.
  • Check bookings upon receiving any bookings from OTAs or Hotel websites.
  • Handled OTAs extranet replying guest messages and enquiries.
  • Run night audits and prepare registration form, breakfast vouchers, key card holder
  • Must embrace job rotation.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary Range : Based on experience

Work Shift: 5 days Work with 2 days OFF

Experience:

  • Front Office Associate: 1 year (Preferred)
