FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE (HOTEL RECEPTION)
- Ensure customers check-in under a comfortable environment.
- Attend customer complaints and report to the Manager before making any decisions.
- Fulfil customer requirements and needs.
- Upsell any package or promotion upon communicating with guests.
- Answering phone calls and recording down any enquiries or replies instantly to improve sales.
- Check bookings upon receiving any bookings from OTAs or Hotel websites.
- Handled OTAs extranet replying guest messages and enquiries.
- Run night audits and prepare registration form, breakfast vouchers, key card holder
- Must embrace job rotation.
Job Types: Full-time
Salary Range : Based on experience
Work Shift: 5 days Work with 2 days OFF
Experience:
- Front Office Associate: 1 year (Preferred)
