  1. Handling the Hotline Phone:
    • Answer and manage calls from VIP guests, providing prompt and professional assistance.
    • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate requests efficiently.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service.
  2. Describing Different Bands for Entry:
    • Clearly explain the benefits and criteria of different VIP membership bands to guests.
    • Assist guests in understanding their privileges and access based on membership levels.
    • Ensure that guests are informed about exclusive promotions and events available to their tier.
  3. Knowledge of the Casino and a Virtual Tour:
    • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the casino's layout, amenities, and gaming options.
    • Conduct virtual tours for VIP guests, highlighting key areas and services within the casino.
    • Provide information about various games, entertainment, and dining options to enhance guest experience.


Requirements

12TH / DIPLOMA / Degree in Hospitality
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. Experience: 1-10 years in account management, relationship management, or VIP services. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus (desirable for Support/Associate level). Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; multi-lingual abilities are preferred. Mobility: Ability to relocate to Goa and travel as needed within India or internationally. Availability: Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
