Help desk Executives are responsible for handling customer calls friendly & promptlyAttending Service Calls.Maintaining & updating Service Register.Assigning calls to Engineers.Follow-ups with engineers and customers.Updating call managing software.Preparing daily, weekly, monthly call reports.Installation follow-ups.Warranty updates and follow-ups.Coordination with stores.Prepare OEF for service / per call businessEnsure all service / per call billls are generated and submitted to the customer on time.Payment follow up and collectionPC Health-check and follow-ups for new AMC.Maintaining and updated PM records, assigning engineers and follow-ups.Help desk Executives are responsible for delivering friendly, prompt service. Often, their calls are monitored or recorded to ensure that customer serviceAll call must be registered and given a case idPromptly escalate critical calls to SI / and coordinate to closure of the same on time.Prepare attendance report.Prepare quotation and submit to customersIssuing Spare request to Store as per the requirement
