Front Office Executive

Salary: $2,500 - $2,800
5 days work week, 44 hours (including weekends and PH)

Job Responsibilities

· Assist guests with tour, restaurant, golf, and flight bookings and changes.

· Provide directions and information on shopping, attractions, and places of interest.

· Manage limousine bookings, assignments, billing, and revenue tracking.

· Ensure hotel service, grooming, and quality standards are met.

· Handle guest requests and complaints with empathy and suitable solutions.

· Arrange pre-arrival requests such as birthdays, honeymoons, and anniversaries.

· Make reservations for transport, flights, and theatre tickets.

· Advise guests on visa, immigration, and customs requirements.

· Handle calls, messages, lost and found, and ensure timely guest service follow-up.
