Job Brief The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, handling calls and inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. Roles & Responsibilities Handle front desk operations including visitor management, calls, and reception area upkeep Manage couriers, registers, biometric access, and attendance records Ensure office security, ISO documentation, and front desk compliance Coordinate meeting rooms, training rooms, and new joiner induction support Maintain display screens, demo material, first aid box, and office supplies Support Admin/HR with day-to-day coordination and communication Requirements Graduate in any discipline. 13 years of front office or receptionist experience preferred.
