Job Brief


The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, handling calls and inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk operations including visitor management, calls, and reception area upkeep
  • Manage couriers, registers, biometric access, and attendance records
  • Ensure office security, ISO documentation, and front desk compliance
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, training rooms, and new joiner induction support
  • Maintain display screens, demo material, first aid box, and office supplies
  • Support Admin/HR with day-to-day coordination and communication


Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of front office or receptionist experience preferred.
  • Work Experience in a corporate organization would be beneficial
