JD For Front Office Specialist:-

Key Responsibilities:

Mail & Courier Handling

• Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.

• Handle outgoing courier shipments and ensure timely dispatch.

• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and courier tracking.

Reception & Office Upkeep

• Ensure the front desk and reception area are always neat, clean, and welcoming.

• Monitor availability of office supplies at the front desk and requisition stock as needed.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and facility management for cleanliness and repairs.

Coordination & Logistics

• Assist in booking meeting rooms, organizing internal meetings, and visitor logistics.

• Coordinate travel bookings including cabs, flights, and accommodation when required.

• Support internal events, trainings, or celebrations with venue and hospitality arrangements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Experience - 6M to 1 Yr

Salary - upto 24k
