We are looking

for someone who:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Organized and self-motivated mindset.

  • Has a can-do attitude.

  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
