Core Responsibilities

  • Front Office & Guest Services:
  • Greet and assist Clients / visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and service request to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy, presentable, and welcoming reception area.

  • Administrative & Office Management:
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support internal and external communication efforts.
  • Operational Support:
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
