- Front Office & Guest Services:
- Greet and assist Clients / visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and service request to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy, presentable, and welcoming reception area.

- Administrative & Office Management:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.

- Support internal and external communication efforts.

- Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
