Handle all incoming & outgoing communications, including emails & phone calls
Scheduling of directors’ official meetings
Schedule appointments & maintain calendars for meeting rooms

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar roleKeep records of visitors & calls for reference
Employees ticket booking air ticket, hotel bookings
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and other services
