Job Summary

  • Handle all the front desk operations.
  • Welcome walk-in visitors/guest in person or on the telephone
  • Attending calls, EPBAX handling
  • Coordinate in office activities. Maintain inventory of office stationery
  • Responsible for receiving couriers and dispatching couriers etc
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • General Office administration responsibilities. Housekeeping
  • Coordinates arrangements for visitors and internal/external meetings.
  • Pleasant personality, Good in communication
  • Female Candidate preferably
