In 2014, he established SPACE ROOTS Property Consultant in Surat, in strategic collaboration with R.D. Brothers Properties - A Mumbai-based corporate real estate consulting firm. Together, this partnership brings strong market expertise, corporate experience, and a wide network of real estate opportunities to Surat.

Role Overview:

Handle front desk operations, client coordination, call & inquiry management, and support the sales team with daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries

• Schedule meetings & site visits

• Maintain client data & follow-ups

• Support sales & office coordination

• CRM Updation

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Gujarati)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)

• Presentable & client-friendly personality

• Real estate experience preferred (not mandatory)
